TechSupport.in is a venture of Aress Software Pvt. Ltd, a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner company in India engaged in offshore projects. We have been in the offshore industry for around 10 years now and currently have 300 people. We have provided techsupport to a large number of clients over these years and understand the importance of offering quality customer support around the clock to our clients.

Our ability to undertake techsupport of software products and complex web applications stems from the fact that we ourselves have an extensive software development capability and have developed both types of software. We specialize in quick turnaround times for team setups. Our software development experience also means we have huge experience of software testing. The quality of our work is attested to by the fact that we are Microsoft Gold Certified for both application development as well as technical support. We are also a Sun Certified Partner and are certified as an ISO 9001 company.

We are based in Nasik, some 100 miles north of Mumbai, where the costs are considerably lower than the major conurbations such as Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. We are happy to pass these cost advantages on to our clients. We also have an office in the UK from where we handle all our European business.
